- I first started talking to Jerry about his survivor, highly optioned 28,000 mile 1970 Hemi Cuda. It's a beautiful car with a leather interior, overhead console and neoprene bumpers as a few options. Later on he explained that he has a 1969 Dodge Charger 500 a 1969 Dodge Daytona and to round things out a V Code, Six Pack, 1970 Plymouth Superbird.
Well this, I had to see so I brought you guys along for the ride.
In the background are a 1969 Mercury Cyclone and a 1969 Ford Talledega plus a whole host of assorted British cars and American Hot Rods. But those are for another time.
A REALLY GOOD SHOW! I think Ed Sullivan used to say that... A very wise and able car guy to be where he is today! I really enjoyed it Chuck. Thanks!

Oh what a treasure chest, enjoy cause when these guys are gone most of the cars will be too! I always think of what could have been, I owned a bunch of mopars but like you said never had anyplace to keep em, and usually could only afford one at a time, thanks for the memories!!!

Jerry if your watching do you remember a junkyard in St. Louis in the 70s called butches auto wrecking? Was by the airport, had a ton of Mopars. Loved going there back then.

Well if you have money and storage you can do that. While I was helping a friend move I saw a superbird in a garage and was privileged just to be able to touch it it was unrestored. My heart was racing.the couple were in their 70s. They told me the son and grand son was going to restore it together so there for it wasn't for sale. He said it was hard to start. Made me laugh. But it did run and drive.
For me it was a 70 R/T Charger with a Hemi. Mr. Norms car and it only had 17k on the clock at the time.
