I'm Filipino from southern Luzon and living in a chaotic city with so much pollution, but haven't experience living in a nature like this is such a wonderful experience to live in peaceful place with mix of jungle nature, but I'm was afraid of snake.😅

Coconut is my food for breakfast, sometimes fruits, by lunch I heat rice and protein foods..by night salad or steam vegetables.somtimes I don't eat if I ave less physical activity .I'm 45 years old but look 35

Oh that's a coconut sap. I remember when I was a kid long long time ago, I was dringking it just by myself and got drunk with that coconut sap 😁. It taste sweet ! My parents wondered why I was vomiting a little bit next to the door of our bedroom and there they found out that I got drunk and holding a half gallon of Tuba or coconut sap with a glass that I used to drink 😁.

I am from mindanao also but i lived here in europe, my business is fruits specially mango, pakwan ang durian, all coming from davao ship to manila, cebu bohol and other places.
U can put anchovies in d coconut shredded its so much good in smell & taste or put some small pork in it u can cook vege w/ ilocano style fresh calabasa,okra ,eggplant w/ kamote leaves or kngkong put little 2 taste or bangus along or not w/ d vege & fish bottled anchovies dz menu called diningding in Ilocanos

My father was a Tuba maker from our coconut trees. Only his Tuba I used to drink then. When Tuba was not drink today tomorrow and next days Tuba becomes venigar. 1 . Grab the bottom of the coconut then twist it until it detached
2 . Use your fingers, like an open scissor with your fingers then Just slide the space between your fingers to the stalk of the coconut then pull real hard

How lovely indeed living in a simple life compared in Manila, now I’m based permanently in London and I do understand the political situation between Russians and Europeans in general, I don’t care coz I have 3 Russian friends here too.
Samal is one of the safest and lovely islands in the Philippines. Money can buy things but it can’t buy total happiness especially the Filipino culture of supporting families which is toxic.
Love the Philippines but certain culture and traditions should be destroyed to make people improve their lives.

Young buko meat when scraped off the shell and mixed in its own water with milk and a bit of sugar and then refrigerated for an hour is very refreshing

Amazing and wonderful place, away from the crowded city nature with peace sorrounded by greens lots of fruits even vegetables have it also, even the houses its a nature friendly houses. The kids so really cute theyre adopting like a typical filipino kids living in a provinces 😍. Its seen in your face the true happiness living in samal, your not being an stranger living in other countries but the community it feels like your truly home land with your fellow russians. Thank you also Valentina and to your fellow russian for choosing our country to live like your 2nd home, even if where not a rich, progressive countries youve visited but your still always choosing us to come back. The only thing that we Filipinos we being grateful and proud off to shown to the foreigners like yours is the hospitality and the kindness. you can buy a buco scraper since you eat buco a lot it's very cheap & if buco meat is already quite hard you can use it for cooking like ur cooking as noodle substitute ( without the carb). It's delicious to cook buco with crabs & also with chicken tinola style (called binakol in Iloilo). I heard they even included the buco juice/water in the tinola soup if you fancy a sweeter soup or just enough to ur taste.
i have to search for buko scraper! buko is yummy with everything))))) mmmm))))
