- Twilight Masquerade is finally here, and with it, we have a TON of brand new cards, combos, and potential BDIFs to discover! Today, I decided to cook together a really neat and gimmicky deck that uses the four new Ogerpon ex cards to accelerate energies, draw cards, and then swap out to become a formidable counterattacker/staller! This deck works great against most meta decks, and I'm excited to show this custom deck off to all of you!

Yeah i thought this deck is just bad until i tried it out. Its totally busted. Water ogerpon really helpful, comerstone to stall if u guarenteed opponent had no way to break through, fire ogerpon for finished off big HP mon. I play 2-3 energy loto for luminous energy.
My main problem is to discard ogerpon asap, since u need both discard item + ogerpon in hand is quite difficult,
Ace spec legacy energy help the most giving that extra less 1 prize, another consideration i might take the secret box to consistently discard ogerpon
I'm really glad you are having success with the deck! I do like the addition of Energy Loto for Luminous, that solves one of the decks biggest issues. Secret Box being able to discard Ogerpons and grab useful stuff at any point in the game is also very strong, I think that would be a great substitution for the ACE SPEC. I tried out a deck similar to this and had some terrible consistency issues. I've made some changes that both upped the consistency and turned it into a turbo deck, and I think it's much more effective now. Some of my changes/additions:
Pokemon:
Squawkabilly ex. Getting setup for that first turn is super super super important with Ogerpon, and Squawk pretty much guarantees you that perfect start. Typically I'll use Squawk and Carmine/Professors research to get Wellspring mask ogerpon setup for 2 KOs on turn 2, and it annihilates any sort of evolution deck.
Radiant Charizard. I do think radiant greninja has a place in the deck, but I personally found that ogerpon needs more big damage, and my answer was Radiant Charizard. Paired with Legacy energy, he's effectively a 0 prized that attacks for 250.
Trainers:
The biggest change I made was arguably the addition of Pokéstops. I have 3, and it makes it so so so much easier to find what I might need, whether it's an ogre's mask, a pokégear, or an earthen vessel. It just makes it so much more consistent.
I use a full play set of energy switches. Keeping the energy everywhere on the board helps keep the opponent guessing, and makes it so easy to power up exactly what I need exactly when I need it.
Energy:
I swapped out ALL of the luminous energy for 1 of each type (fire, water, fighting). This was definitely the biggest consistency issue of the deck, as I would have to just get lucky and draw into a luminous energy. Now, I can earthen vessel exactly what I need.
I will say, with my list, you do have to be very careful about decking yourself out. You really do fly through the deck.

I really like the changes you have in here! It allows the deck to become a bit more versatile and makes it more of a "risk/reward" deck (especially with PokeStop)! I'm glad you enjoy the pure turbo that your version of this archetype brings, that's incredible! :)

try to put som BUG CATCHING SET.. ATLEAST 3...
Honestly, you don't really need Bug Catching Set. Since this build of the deck requires you to discard Ogerpons and can benefit from having energies discarded to be brought back later, using Ultra Ball and Earthen Vessel are the most streamlined and beneficial for the strategy of this specific deck. Of course, you're more than welcome to see how Bug Catching Set works, I'd love to hear how it goes! That could be an interesting idea! 😁
