How do you get your hair to be that long? I chopped off 8 inches because my hair was so unhealthy! But I’m trying to grow it back❤️
Amelia It really depends on your hair type, your genetics, and how you take care of it.
I don’t really use heat tools, and when I do, it’s very rarely (This is mainly because my hair is curly, and I don’t like to brush it out. I also like my natural curls). On the genetics side, I’m Native American (most of us have super long hair) and my mom and her sister (who are not native) have had long hair for a long time, so I’d say that the ability to grow hair super long just runs in the family. I’ve actually only been growing my hair out for three years now, so my hair also grows pretty fast. This is also just a part of my genetics.
I’m not saying what you do or don’t do with your hair, but this is just me personally. A lot of it just has to do with genetics. The heat tools thing is mainly because of how little time I have to do it now, but it really does help with split ends. I haven’t had very many since i started growing it out because I haven’t used as much heat.
TLDR: Just leave it completely alone and be patient and it will surely be long soon (as long as your genetics allow for it as well).

omg, ronny! I have 3 different forms of rheumatism. One is making my muscles red and warm and swollen. The other one is making my body not handeling pain very good. So I feel pain much more intense. And the other one is like my body doesn’t know how to work so it attacks my hip and back bones causing it to damage itself. So it constantly feels like my hip and back are broken.

Oils attract oil so it pulls the oil and dirt from the skin (you can use avocado oil, jojoba oil, store bought cleansing oil, or even coconut oil) and then cleanse with your regular cleanser after rubbing the oil all over your face to wash the oil off your skin. Makes me skin feel so moisturized and cleeean ☺️
Fun fact: I spilled tea tree oil on a part of my floor that’s been covered by my dresser for years and I didn’t realize so I wiped it up a while after it had spilled and the spot was WHITE, the oil literally cleaned my floor better than Clorox

Jaden Kellett I believe it’s a really good cleansing method. It won’t cause acne as long as you follow up with a regular cleanser. There’s a CZcamsr called Hyram who talks about it and he even has a video on what cleansers and moisturizers to use depending on what skin type you have. He does a lot of the research for us so we can just watch him and use the products he recommends. He’s awesome, you should watch him for tips on what to use for your skin. ☺️ I hope I helped in some way!
