When we have a full plate (or in this case, cup) and feel overwhelmed, it's important to check in with ourselves and understand what our needs are. It might be helpful to talk to someone or treat ourselves with a break. Spill the Tea combines the two and creates an opportunity for young adults to get to know each other while drinking and "spilling" their "tea". Get ready to drink some tea with us as we relax and discuss through some of the heavier topics in our lives 🧋💛
This year, Lunar New Year falls on February 10, 2024. For those of us who celebrate this holiday, it can be a wonderful time of celebration with family and friends. It’s a culturally rich celebration that comes with a lot of tradition and meaning for many of us. But as with all things, change and variation happen.
