    People are obsessed with eating in France! And equally fascinated with what do French people eat, food in France culture, food in France vs us, and French eating habits. In this video I will take you through 7 days worth of meals as I travelled throughout France. Not only will you get real life French food example from what I ate in France, you will see a range of food in France from restaurant to home cooked meals, so you can better understand what do they eat in France, typical french diet, a typical french dinner, typical french breakfast, and typical french lunch at home. Keep in mind though that every region of France is so different that a typical french breakfast lunch and dinner / typical french meals in a day isn't a thing we can generalise! If you've ever wondered what do french eat, what do french eat for lunch, what do french families eat for dinner, then you'll like this one!
    What is your favourite French food? Which of these meals did you most like the look of? Let me know more about French meals and French easting habits in the comments below!
    Bisous,

    It's been a few years, but the last time we went to Paris, the family (whose home we stayed at) had a unique and delicious breakfast several times we were there.
    They sliced a baguette lengthwise buttered it, and then dipped it in a hot milk/coffee flavored liquid. I don't know if that's typical French or not, but it was quite tasty.
    My favorite meals in France were either baguette sandwiches or savory crepes from street vendors - eaten while enjoying the view.

If you have any tips on types of restaurants or foods to try when dining out, that would be great. Thank you.

No mention of croissant, charcuterie, saucisson and especially poisson, huîtres, moules and all the other seafood and shellfish and what about coffee, apéro, digestif. In the south of France seems to be much Italian and Spanish food

      From my own point of view, you need to invest smartly, if you need the good things of life. so far i've made over $505k in raw profits from 6 months into the market from my diversified portfolio strategy and i believe anyone can do it you have the right strategy. mutual funds takes long time but investing smartly is the key for short term. Most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest position in the market to the cost of proper diversification.

    • @katrinatyler675
      @katrinatyler675 Před rokem +1

      My portfolio is very much diversified so it's not like i have a particular fund i invest in. plus i don't do that by myself. i follow the trades of *KAREN GAYE GRAY* She is a popular broker you might have heard of. I can correctly say she's worth her salt as a financial adviser as her diversification skills are top notch/ I say because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 10 to 15% on a monthly basis. unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what she trades and not just on some particular industries of my choosing.

    • @benjaminotto5711
      @benjaminotto5711 Před rokem

      By following trades do you mean copying her trades, as is done in etoro? Are you giving her your money or the money stays in your account? I have heard about copying trades but have not looked into it but i have an idea of what it is.

    • @katrinatyler675
      @katrinatyler675 Před rokem

      Yeah exactly. My money stays right in my account. It's all programmatic. plus it's relatively much easier to set up and connect my accounts than creating a financial pan and drafting investment strategies myself. my account just mirrors her trades in realtime

    If I really dislike sweet foods, especially jam and high glycemic fruits like apricots, how much of a problem would it be? Those foods leave me with an uneasy feeling inside and do nothing for satiety. The chicken sandwich at the end is more what I'm looking for.

    • @mamaahu
      @mamaahu Před rokem +1

      It might be good for you to stay at an AirBNB where you can cook breakfast for your self.(And other meals too when you like.) Rosie didn’t mention two other usually sweet meals. Afternoon coffee and pastries or ice cream, and the apèro, where usually some alcohol or soda is drunk. So I think if you are affected by high glycemic foods, you would be more comfortable not staying with a French family, unless they were sympathetic to your needs. (Not too likely outside of Paris that they would understand, I think.)
      When you go out for meals, you are free to choose what you want and there are so many delicious choices! I just think the breakfast in a French house would be your biggest challenge.
      If they are friends, or let you cook, then you can have svp toast and an egg, plain yogurt and probably whatever you eat at home. But if they are just going to be offering you what they like, then again I recommend a BnB or hotel.

    Notre culture ressemble à bien des égards à celle de la Nouvelle-Zélande.
    Pour les fromages par exemple, juste au marché Jean-Talon, il y a 3 fromageries et des centaines de fromages québécois dans le monde.
    Bref, un beau mélange d'Amérique et d'Europe.

It's really difficult to get good ones since it's been made on an industrial level of production. 20 years ago was a lot of small stalls who made them on the weekly markets which i still fondly remember as a kid because the blueberry one were really awesome.

    Hello, you have presented us with an assortment of dishes of foreign origin. Burger, couscous, pizza, carpaccio, etc... All this is not very French, even if they are consumed in abundance. REAL French cuisine is something else entirely. There, no regional or traditional dish. You give a truncated idea of what you can eat in France. Otherwise, it's more or less representative of everyday cooking. Fresh products, no frozen or canned foods, not too many prepared meals, complete meals with starter and dessert. And especially seated meals, with the family.

This is why I am very surprised that she did not insist on the fact that her video was not representative of French cuisine in the gastronomic sense but of an everyday cuisine that opens up to other cuisines of the world.
