    This is exactly what I wanted.Wanted to know how the corn was germinated but couldn't get that in all the videos I've watched so far.

      Mine was done within a week in the refrigerator. But since it fermented it should be ok in the refrigerator for some of time. Am thinking not more than 2 weeks. But you can also check the taste within that time if it still good .

      Usually there is a smell after you ferment it, the smell should be like fermenting corn dough . Also when you boil the maize after fermenting the smell is not the strong . Hope this helps 👍
