पूरन पोली महाराष्ट्र की बहुत फेमस डिश है, हर त्यौहार या ख़ुशी के मौके पर इसे बनाया जाता है :)
मैंने कोशिश की है इसे बहुत ज्यादा सिंपल तरीके से आपको दिखाऊ जिससे आप इसे आसानी से बना सकते है और इसके साथ जो तीखी करी खाई जाती है वो भी मैंने दिखाया है इस वीडियो में, अगर रेसिपी पसंद आए तो लाइक और शेयर जरूर करे मुझे ख़ुशी होगी :)
Preparation time - 90 minutes
Serving - 4 to 5
Ingredients:
Puran poli-
For dough:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt -1/2 tsp
Water
For Puran-
Chana dal -1 cup
Jaggery (gud)- 3/4 cup
Cooking oil - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp
Nutmeg powder -1/2 tsp (optional)
For Aamti-
Boiled dal stock or normal water
Dry coconut -1/2 cup
Onion -2
Coriander leaves -1/3 cup
Ginger - 2 inch
Garlic cloves -10
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves as per your taste
Goda masala - 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Cooking oil - 4 tbsp
Salt to taste

So I tried out this recipe.....it turned out to be superlicious. All you need to do is just follow the most minute details she gives and it'll be perfect. I couldn't prepare the aamti so I tried it out with Schezwan chutney and it was real good too.

Yes Dhamakedar hai.. I am Maharashtrian . Puran poli recipe is authentic bas hum haldi nahi dalte... And Amti ekdam tikhi banti hai .. without sugar wala puran dalta hai.. Holi ke din hi I had thought ki Kabita ji ke channel pe puran poli ki recipe hai kya ?.. maine socha aur recipe aa gayi.. Very well explained .

This turned out very well. I made this today to offer as Prasad for Parayan reading of Sai Satcharita. Believe me being a South Indian I had never tried this but the video was so nice n informative that it turned out too good and was able to eat soft puran polis with Amti. Thanks for the recipe.

Thank you so much, I made it, and it was very tasty, I add one cup jaggery for one cup daal. It depends on sweetness of jaggery I think. Anyway it was my first attempt and it come out very well.

everything is perfect but just a suggestion mam.. humare mahashtrian gharme all purpose flour use nahi karte he...baki curry wali recipe is awesome..also puran banane ka shortcut tarika bhi bahot hi badhiya..muh me pani aya dekhake hi..suchme ap me wo khubi he ki aap kitni bhi difficult recipe ko kam time aur kam mehnat se par fir bhi tasty recipe banana sikha sakte ho...thanks for tips n tricks..lots of love ❤️😘
