one of my friends (an acting major) is the queen in a medieval times and she absolutely loves it. I think the main employee demographic is theater students, horse people, and people who study stunts/parkour. It seems like good experience for a career in any of those.

I went to the one at myrtle beach when I was 6 or 7. all I remember is being scared to make eye contact with all of the actors because I thought they'd fight me.

went to medieval times one time late at night, was cool, lots of adults in the crowd and everyone was having a good time tbh, must have been a shit one
He definitely went to a shit one. It's always been cool. Maybe you just shouldn't go during the day. At night it's almost all adults, getting drunk out of the goblets and going hype for the jousting which was super exciting. I agree the dressage is kinda lame but I don't want to hate on the horses lol

i'll never forget when i went to medieval times on a high school trip & when they were doing the falconry bit, the falcon decided to land on one of the rafters and took a shit right on the people sitting below
So i'm part of that % of people listening from an ipad, I just want to say I use it for the sound quality while i'm doing stuff 10/10 would recommend, it's loud and crisp.

There’s a casino in Las Vegas called Excalibur, and there is a medieval times in the basement.
I went to Las Vegas several years ago as a minor to visit some family, said family was making some pretty good money so they wanted to take us to Excalibur which is a very adult casino there. if my memory serves me correctly, while I wasn’t allowed to gamble or even be inside the casino, they did let me walk straight through this roped area and into this downstairs area, it’s pretty much exactly like Noel described, but better.

I’m surprised I have never heard of medieval times, because I love history and shit which is the reason we went in the first place, I was a kid and they were doing a show. And I even remember having fun.
Maybe it’s because I was a kid at the time, but everything at Excalibur was exactly like Noel described just better. The food was decent, though you did have to eat with your hands, and the action was great plus pyrotechnics. Lots of cool flashy stuff to keep it entertaining with giant ass beautiful Clydesdales. It feels like a fever dream after all these years, I swear I went underground, I don’t know why I would think that.
I’d love to go again now that I can gamble if it ends up being a shit show.
