Big help Teacher Karen Thank you. I was also just hired in Acadsoc but the waiting for slot plotting took ages and I cant wait anymore so I applied with NC. Sad to hear the issue in China though. Anyway, crossed fingers im waiting on the cue for demo. Thanks again.

Yayy! teach please make a video on how to pass native camp's demo 😭 I'm still hesitant to do my demo in native camp even after passing the tech check. (Because I just failed my demo in engoo due to unpreparedness ahha)
Hi same here, I failed sa engoo pero I did my demo sa NT twice kasi I failed on my first time. Do not hesitate! They will allow you to retake naman. It's better if magdemo ka na, so that if ever you'll fail on the first try, alam mo na where to improve. The admin will give a feedback. You can do it teach!

Tip for the demo teach, use the chatbox efficiently and by that, I mean whenever the admin answers, itype nyo po yung answer nya. If there's a question naman po, do not panic, answer it using simple terms, be specific. Goodluck 💗

Hi! Native Camp indicated that for Filipino applicants, a minimum of 6 months of ESL work experience is required. By any chance, do you have an idea if they are strict with this requirement? Wanted to apply sana but have zero experience :(
Aww yes they do require that. And they're quite strict because they do not have in-house training, pretty much everything's self study. I suggest apply in Engoo, Rarejob or Weblio.

Yes I did, got so excited and waited on queue the next day! Please don't forget, patience is key... Some teachas wait 2-5 hours for the recruiter/interviewer. This is due to the influx of applicants due to the issue in China

Yes there is an ESL company that ask a lot of "beauty pageant" questions but based on my experience the pay wasn't that good , not to mention that I wasn't paid on my first month because they were asking for my bank statement so I sent them a screenshot of my online statement since I don't have hard copies and they rejected my payment method though they could easily verify and it's already evident that I do have an acct w/ my bank. Major DUH?! The only con I see with NC is the dingdong alert that startled me and made me start my demo lesson too nervous. LOL but then gain I know I 'll get used to it if ever. . Fingers crossed.

Hello, Teach! I know it's kinda late but I'm planning to apply for an ESL company and Native Camp is one of my options. Regarding their requirements, I just want to know if they really required an HD camera? My laptop is working well but the camera is not really high quality, and also do they really require white plain background? Mine's background is black but it's not really that distracting it's just like a brick wallpaper. Hope you can help me.

Hi Teach! Your vlogs are so informative. Really love it. How to change the settings for camera in Native Camp site? When I do the system check, Manycam is being used but it was disabled. What should I do?
I uninstalled it before my system check. You can try to uninstall Google chrome and setup your camera there to make sure it doesn't detect Manycam

ehehehe you can do it!!! you just have to practice soooooo much for the demo class kasi they are very strict sa errors, it's just a yes or a no, you miss anything, you will be for retake kahit magaling ka pa.
I live in NY but have been getting job adverts for this company geared toward NYers. I'm thinking of applying because I tutor social studies but am capped at 5hrs a day and want to pick up extra hours. This video has been really helpful in giving me an idea of what the company is like.

I got it from Metrodeal but the website has been under maintenance for more than a week now :( there's a more expensive option, World TESOL Academ for php 1700ish :(

Thank you so much! That was soooo thoughtful of you, but it's ok. No need to start from scratch. Thing is, you can only change the referrer's email once you have registered a new email address. That means you'll have to do everything all over again :(

You external cam it's ok :) It's Manycam, a camera application that allows you to add camera effect to your webcam

If it's blank, most likely it was not saved :( please make sure you have a soft copy of all the details so you could just copy and paste

Yes, you will not be paid for the class and it will be minus the class fee, e.g -80
