With what’s shown here, I now have a theory. Because notice, Uzume’s weapons are the only other weapons. Not the gold third, maker characters, oracles, Ultradimension CPUs, etc. With that and the bedroom, my thinking is this whole Planeptune map was made with future games in mind. One where Uzume actually is back in that room, and you can buy her weapons here. As I see no other explanation for including her megaphones 📣!
And with this, I do have an idea on why she isn’t here. 🤔 But I’ll speak on that later.
I was absolutely waiting for your reaction to seeing the megaphones, I still can't believe Uzume was so close to coming to the game only to be cut last minute.
Well, that's a _very_ explicit sign that Uzume is still being taken into consideration by the devs. What this ultimately means for her involvement in mainline games going forward remains uncertain, but it seems rather clear that she won't just be completely sidelined as we feared.
In fact, if the events of this game so far are anything to go by, I think she may still have a part in the shape of things to come.

I watched his playthroughs of P5 and P4G with my Dad. We've been patiently waiting for Royal, but now my Dad has lung cancer and is expected to pass before October. We aren't going to be able to watch it together.
Hopefully, we'll get Uzume in the next main game, but we'll see, of course.
I'll take it as a compliment. The devs wanted Planeptune to fall to monsters while both Neps were out, and they couldn't come up with a way to do that with Uzume still around. So they make her go to another dimension to race in a motorcycle. It was the only way, XD
