But unlike Molly, they are actually competent at moderating, what their job actually entails. They don't feel the need to chime in arbitrarily in the middle of the heated debate, disrupting the flow of the segment like Molly does. They actually help the conversation progress nicely. That's why all this criticism of Molly is justified.
