Of course I’m gonna miss him as a New York Giant , he had great moments playing for the G Men , and of course the play he had against the Dallas Cowboys in 2014 with the one handed catch , still one of the all time greatest catches in NFL history

He still is electrifying and fast. He needed to be put in a situation where he could make plays. The browns didn’t give him those opportunities and Baker was so inaccurate throwing to him. We will see what he does in LA.
Anyone that thinks this dude had "just one catch" clearly doesn't know their football. Dude legit took over the league. Hopefully Stafford utilizes him properly, and helps him get his swagger back.

@@connorbyrd3524 I mean yeah he didn’t have the best first game but he was also limited because he didn’t know the entire playbook yet but it’s also a matter of, he still isn’t gonna get those targets like he used to, usually when a team has a good receiver and a average/bad qb, the offense is built on the receiver ex. Dhop on the Texans and obj on the giants and even when there is a good qb and receiver it comes down to 3 things, 1. Plays called/routes ran 2. Their chemistry 3. The other receiving threats on the team

As an Eagles fan I remember playing the Giants with him there. It was scary to witness what he can do to a defense. Quick playmaker ability. He can do it all if the ball finds him on the spot. Eli got some hate at the end of his career but he fed Odell better than any QB. Odell will make great plays again

Eli was an incredibly underrated thrower of the football. You can clearly notice how much better his ball placement was compared to Baker. Everything was on time and at the right spot.
Ball placement is a lot easier when your receiver runs the right route.

As a Browns fan, I'm sad to see him go. That game winning rushing touchdown against the Cowboys last year was easily one of the most memorable moments of the entire season.
But honestly though, him leaving was probably the best case scenario for both parties. The passing game was just not meshing well with him even after multiple seasons to build chemistry. Lol
i respect that, most browns fans (though i don't know the fanbase too well) said he's sucks and is injury prone and are happy to see him go. As a giants fan i still miss him haha just want to see him succeed i agree browns were not a good place for him tbh

The pass was a little high by eli and somehow his ankle got trapped underneath the defender freak accident you cant blame the QBs for injuries on plays like that. Injuries are a part of the game everyone knows that he was a beast for 5 out of his 6 years to start his career.. I remember watching him & Jarvis at LSU back in 2013 and me and my friend were debating who would be better and I unknowingly said Jarvis because of that ridiculous catch he had against Arkansas. Little did I know that Odell would actually be going to my favorite team and have a amazing career there. We caught lightning in a bottle with him and it pains me to see how much he’s fallen off since then. Still love him though and I hope he gets a ring this year
