It is defective for sure! Mine doesn't have these issues too. But what about a strange electrical and irregular noise/ interference that can be heard especially on the left side putting your ear near the bottom fan grill? It's a noise that I can hear in a silent room and that never stops. What's more, it becomes louder when the AC is plugged in. Another problem I have is that one usb port creates an interference when an audio interface is plugged in together (at the same time) with a secondary monitor (no metter if you connect the monitor via HDMI or Mini display Port). If I change port for the interface or if disconnect the monitor it goes away. And last but not least, the fact that if you plug the charger in the left fan (which is alway more active than the right one) kicks in, sometimes for a long time with apparently no real reason. Sometimes the correspondence between temperatures measured by the Omen Control Center and fans are not that precise...and fans spin without need. Someone relates to one of these issues?
I ordered hp pavilion from Amazon and had same trackpad issue. Even replacement model had same issue. I'll suggest prefer to buy from offline store so that u can check the device before buying.
I don't have any other issues with my omen expect the one where both side of the keyboard buldge out a bit when I move the screen backwards, should I ask for an replacement for that Or this is just a build defect which every omen laptop have?
This almost felt like I was watching asmr. nice vid explaining the little problems that might concern a proper enthusiast.
Sorry to see that. Btw my en-0006na don’t have any of these problems :)
Bro your laptop couldve survived a few extra years if you hadn't made this video
What do you mean?
Do u have a coil whine fan problem? the high-pitched sounds?
Idk, mine doesn't have any of these issues. Are you sure you didn't get a defective unit?
