Todays video was our second day out at windrock off road park in oliver springs tennessee. We headed to trail 39, dropped down Cadillac hill, and ended up on rail trail where we spent majority of the video on that trail. Super cool, Gnarly trail!

Machine details:
Justins machine is a 2019 Can-am X3 XRS. It is 72" wide and 172 horsepower. Suspension is setup to the fox tune with some additional ride height added. It is running 32x14x10 sticky Maxxis Roxxzilla tires on 14x7 Alba Crusher Beadlock Wheels with a 5+2 Offset. It has a Evo Powersports Shocker cat delete exhaust, Gear grabber shifter, Front limit straps from sandcraft. Warn Axon 55s with super atv front winch bumper. Super atv high clearance trailing arms, L&W Fab rear High clearance billet radius rods, CT Raceworx front end gusset kit, tie rods w bump steer delete and high clearance lower A arms. It has SuperATV Trailing arms, still running stock axles with the factory smart lok front diff, also running a Razor Sharp Customs Cage.
Billys machine is a 2020 Polaris RZR Turbo S Dynamix. It has a Trinity racing exhaust and tune, L&W Seat Lowering Bases, BS Sand Seats, Gear Grabber Gated Shifter, Trail Armor Full Skid Plates, Full Orb Suspension with 2" stretch, 32" Maxxis Roxxzilla tires mounted on KMC 15x6 wheels with a 5+1 offset, and Super ATV X300 300M Axles all the way around, KB3 Driveshaft, 33% Gear reduction in low, Skinny Pedal Fab Bed Delete with Razor Sharp Customs Cage
Joshs rig is a 2021 Polaris RZR Turbo S Velocity. It has L&W Fab Seat lowering bases, stock seats customized for a lower seating postion, gutted stock exhaust, skid plates, 32" Coyote tires on aftermarket beadlock wheels, Trinity Blow Off Valve, Full doors and i think thats it for now!

Have you considered portals for the Tálön?
I know there a ton of hate for them, but with stock power and gearing with 32's I'd wager they'd do really well on the mower.
Maybe not the SuperChina's, but something with a bit better build quality.
The clearance, gear reduction, unsprung weight and width to keep it planted, would be huge especially for the low end power range.
Ball joints and tie rods will be an issue, tho.
Just thought it would go well with the vision of the build to be a different but very capable rig that anyone can jump in and rip, without having to gear diffs/trans.
I can't see them ever going portals on another rig after the issues with Josh's YXZ back in the day. I mean even the blog guys have had a lot of issues with the portals on a mud rig. I know they've done a lot of non-mud stuff with it, but nothing like what blown diff off-road does! I think a gear reduction is the only realistic option for them in the Talon if they feel the need

Yeah, I know there's a ton of issues with portals, guess I was kind of hoping to see the talon with a bit more low end grunt to crawl some of the tougher stuff. This channel got me having some keyboard warrior love for the mower.
@@Trooperuss yep, there was a time that Josh had portals and 32" Zilla stickys. czcams.com/video/pw2nGZy-s_w/video.html this is I believe the first one with them and then you'll find more from there. He had a lot of steering geometry issues and, if I remember, broke a bunch of tie rods. I think he was having to run a more expensive aftermarket tie rod and they kept cracking. Their old videos are awesome when they were all bashing YXZ's on the limiter! I love the new stuff too though!

One more thing to you should set your self up with three inch portals for improved ground clearance especially the Honda talon. Any thing more that that will decrease the ride quality of any machine. Just a suggestion for a good upgrade for any of your machines. Good luck 🍀

Whats the best rebuild kit for the front diff on the x3. I have a 22 xmr x3 rr and I blew my diff this past weekend.
I've down Rail Trail in full size rock buggies in the dry and the wet, never thought about attempting it in the rzr let alone in the rzr in the wet.......

He's probably straight up one of the best drivers I've seen on CZcams, and that includes the Can-am sponsored guys. And an amazing spotter, he sees things so well that's why he drives like he does.
Yes. I know what you are saying. He sees lines I would have never seen. He sure does have a driving gift. And it doesn't seem to matter what brand of SXS he is driving. The X3 seems to work great for his skills tho.
Did you know that 85 percent of your tread on atire is sticky and soft. When your tread get to low like I have seen from a few that have been trying to rock crawl it switches to the harder compound which is what the base ply of the tire is made of is extremely slick and hard. By the way I have enjoyed your videos and have learned much from you guys all of you are extremely talented drivers I think you could win some rock crawler races to build up your Chanel. The Talon looks like it struggled trying to craw large rocks. Do you think it is just under powered, or is it from the larger tiers. I know you talked about it in a past video, but I don't remember.
Gearing is way too high.
In other videos it's went everywhere the others have went, and not broke. No offense to the driver, but that's 99% of the problem lmao. Josh and Justin have no issue within reason going anywhere in the Talon.

Listening to that guy talk about waiting for his pro r was hilarious 😂 only because I waited a year for myn and switched it to a pro r premium because if I didn't switch I'd still be waiting. The pro r is my first ever utv so I wasn't that picky plus I'm not a fan of the ultimate colors. I had to sell my 04 cobra mustang for it which bums me out.
Was giving up your mustang Cobra worth it? Reason I ask, I’m inbetween buying a fast car such as a terminator or a side by side
@@hurt1704 the cobra will strip every dime you have. It had more flat bed miles then it did driving miles, it was a sick car but couldn't take the abuse I put It threw. I had a stage 4 port by stegmieyer on the stock Eaton, built forged Manley motor, turbo 400 trans, Dr gas x pipe into magna flow mufflers which sounded amazing everyone said best sounding terminator they have ever heard with stock headers and mickey Thompson et drag radials. I did all of that because the car wouldn't run stock and I ended up driving my ol ladies evo x to daily drive. Long story short if you got deep pockets go with the terminator but if you don't sxs will be your best bet. I have a pro r now and I love it. Way more smiles per mile. I used to street race in Cali and then moved to Utah and UTVs are street legal in Utah and no one street races in Utah so that's why. If there is a big street scene where you live get the cobra or if you have desert or a wooded area get a UTV. Is it street legal to drive a UTV on the road where you live get the UTV so all of that plays a part aswell. Good luck and let me know have any more questions.

We have a lot of woods and trail riding around people go on. I think you’re right, I should go side by side. I’m looking at a like new 21 turbo s with 200 miles for 27 k. 2 seater. Which one got you more pussy? The side by side or the terminator? Lmao
@@hurt1704 I'd go UTV all the way then if you live near wooded areas and your friends got them. I got a 2022 Polaris pro r premium 2 seater. Me personally I'd spend alil more and get the turbo R thats if you have the cash. My cobra definitely got me way more ass lol I was dating this girl for 8 years then I went to a street race with all Hondas that my home girl put on and I slaughtered every Honda there and I ended up sleeping with my home girl after that then I asked both her and my chick if they wanted to have a 3some and they both said yes lmao. So cobra alday with getting azz lol. Plus I bang my girl in the cobra once a week lol. I'm a Honda/import guy so it sucked beating up on my own kind but from a dig it's pretty hard to keep up with a terminator they hook good I got so used to it I had to go out and buy a SRT8 jeep to get that feeling again lol. But they are a money pit. If your looking to just jump in turn the key and go play then the sxs is it. Go 2seater aswell not a fan of 4seat sxs you lose performance with a 4seater and they cost more.

I replaced the hub on my machine and had the same problem josh did. I had them all tight but theb when i drove it, it seated the studs the rest of the way. He should be good not

The bypasses were created long ago. Some of them are as bad or worse than the main line. No trail blazing
