True story: I have a niece who wrecked her car every time within 30 days of getting it. I asked her husband why he bought her clunkers all the time and that is how this story came about. How I yearn for real journalists who would challenge her foolish claims.
Just because someone found a loophole doesn't make it legal in order to make a loophole legal it needs to be challenged and just because you're challenging a loophole doesn't make it legal or illegal. What it does mean is that it needs to be challenged all the way to the Supreme Court.
