    I and my wife have already filed jointly for removal of conditional green card, now my case status says finger prints have been taken. But am waiting for approval, now my wife is filling for a divorce. Will have to do anything or will be denied? What should I do? The divorce had not been finalized but we already filed jointly before she filed for a divorce.

    We married since 2019 of July, he file a divorce this January 2022. My concern is how to file a removal conditional green without his signature???

      It’s not the point letting just anyone in this country if they were genuinely love the other person, however, in most cases they are just taking advantage of us for green card. These lawyers are only fighting for the criminals not for the victims . Shame
