Whether it is baseball or football I have yet to see a player benefit by sitting out the preseason or spring training. I stayed away from Snell and Montgomery the way I stayed away from Josh Jacobs in football last year.

I dropped Snell in early May and then picked him back up and now I dropped him again…

Someone dropped Snell in 1 of my leagues and dropped 20 faab on him. Hope it works out.
Dansby Swanson was never that good considering how high he was drafted by Arizona. Average and obp were never even really that good nor was there much power. He is what he is at this point, he’s droppable.
My record is 2-8, and I blame all the prospects I took a chance on who turned out to be a bust Chourio, Cruz, Strand, Baty, Busch, Carter, Langford, no matter what they do the rest of the season is irrelevant, I cant make up those 8 losses, never again will I save a bench spot for ANY prospect, I still have J. Wood on my bench and I know as soon as I drop him, another team will pick him up, and watch him put up crazy stats, 2024 was a bust for draft picks, Olson, Riley, Strider, Acuna all worthless. My only good pick was Tucker and Soto, everyone else has worse stats than players I could have added as free agents after the draft.
