    I have a question not related to the video...there's a section in Bill of Exchange Act, it says " where a person signs a bill in trade or assumed name, he is liable thereon as if he had signed it in his own name"... What does it mean

    this isn't about employment law but under equity law within constitution of equity there is self declaration and transfer to a 3rd party, but what is the potential third way to bridge the division?

    What happens if I refuse to give employer consent for Occ Ther to access my medical records? I think this is gross invasion of privacy. I have fit note and medical letter. They will only make reasonable adjustments through the OT;s say so. THanks
