Since i got my rope less crossfits i’ve now lost very close to 12 kilos in weight.. I began after my last diabetic checkup and didn’t weigh myself again until my next diabetic appointment which was the other day at the same clinic.. A 3 month period… I know Winter will be proud of me.. X

Hey Jonathan if you are wanting to add muscle to your frame then you need to use weights in your training. Are you training from home or at a gym as I am not sure what you have access to?
I'm busy guy and I mostly at work I try to do this workouts in free time and holidays it's hard to get use to jump rope exercises Because after a while my legs become numb and my muscles get locked but I do my best to deal with it and I enjoy when I do this workouts step by step with your guidance ❤❤❤

Sounds like you did too much but have done the right thing by taking a rest. The slow way is the fast way.
I have seen people struggle with stubborn belly fat. They are in great shape, except that the last little bit of fat around their lower abdomen won't go away. Their solution: a cosmetic procedure that melts fat away (with ultrasound?). Would you consider that to be cheating? It does work, at least.
I am not familiar with this procedure. However I do have personal experience with someone who had dramatic weight loss and was left with sagging stomach skin that was corrected with surgery.
