@@chaoticstarfish3401 It could be either I suppose. Jokers goons did kidnap a nurse from outside the city in an attempt to cure the Joker but I think you're probably right about it just being a lie to get more recruits.

There's apparently also extra dialogue if you mess with them after he's kidnapped Aaron Cash and Co. but before you go to the church. I'd appreciate it if you could record this dialogue.

Some areas have to be revisited or approached slowly etc. For example there's some dialogue I missed on my first playthrough during the Protocol 10 sequence when thugs are hiding underground.
Thinking about the political prisoners, I'm kind of disappointed there wasn't more side missions they gave, besides saving them.
