This is like comic book panels brought to life in film. The close up shots and pov angles are awesome and perfectly used. The lack of music adds realism to it as well. It makes Hush’s hideout and reveal even more creepier
My favorite part of all this is when Barbara presents her theory that Bruce killed in a fear toxin induced rage, and when he replies, 'It wasn't me, I'm sure it wasn't.' his voice is so...broken. Like it cracks, especially at the 'I'm sure it wasn't' part. Like deep down, he knows it might very well be true, but the mere thought of him doing all of this without even realizing it breaks him, even if he doesn't show it beyond the brief voice crack.
You have the potential to be a cinema director, great job. I would like to see a complete Arkham city walkthrough with cinematic angles. It may sound hard, but i would like to see that.
Your cinematography is beyond fucking incredible. From how you angle the camera during dialogue such as when Batman finally confronts Hush, to how you integrate ambient sounds into a scene such as that shot of the door leading to Hush’s hideout. All of these & more are phenomenal, with my favorite being the shot you used of Bats using Detective Mode and seeing his eyes light up menacingly like that! You did damn fine work. Thank you for making this, and all the best to you!
I think my favorite thing about your videos is how you were able to capture angles that show just how imposing and terrifying Batman can be from a certain perspective. 4:46 for example gave me straight up chills that makes me thankful that I’m not any of the inmates in these games. Great work on these videos! 👍🏾👍🏾
I've been thinking how cool cinematic videos for the Arkham games would be so I'm glad to see the work this channel. I'd love if they got a cinematic camera mod similar to RDR2 and see the creativity blow up in the community, I'd be especially excited to see videos for Arkham Knight.
Imma be honest with you. Expectedly - when clicking on this video/movie, there were low expectations. And I gotta say, this video/movie was… Wow. It was… Surprisingly outstanding. It can be assumed that you encountered many limitations and complications during the making of this video/movie. And for you to push past those and create a video/movie of this quality is… Commendable. I’m no cinematic creator and I don’t know all of its details. In my opinion - you did a very good job capturing the atmosphere of Arkham City, Batman, and the situation of the identity killer. The camera angles were good too. Been playing this game for years. And for the first time, was able able to view it in a new perspective. Very good. Keep it up. You’ve earned a new subscriber.
I always would it strange that the TYGER helicopter says the body is naked, despite there clearly being pants on the corpse. Also, how did TYGER know the body's face had been removed if the head is wrapped in bandages? Does TYGER have Detective Mode as well? Actually, why did Hush bother to bandage the heads of his victims in the first place? I get why Hush would bandage his own face, but why bother doing it for dead bodies that he killed?
Nicely done! I always knew it was possible to make something really innovative with free cam tools, but all those cinematic montages are just random combat, Andy Gilleand doesn't have the time, and me and Lang are on console. Do they allow for much in the way of motion, or are all your controls dedicated to your character? I like to use the zoom state to create sweeping pans of plot-critical objects. It's definitely in need of a custom score. The Arkham series has lots of subtle ambient tracks that would be perfect for an investigation like this, and they lifted the automated copyright claims sometime in 2022. I also think certain bits of normal gameplay are either framed really nicely or can be with careful camera work, which could also help add some motion
BATMAN ARKHAM CITY The Identity Thief - Side Mission Batman: 🦇😠 You killed that man and dumped his body back there. Why did you take his face? Inmate: It wasn't me! I just dumped the body. He told me to use bleach to clean it up. Batman: 🦇😠 Who told you? Inmate: Wayne. You know the rich guy. Batman: 🦇😠 You're lying to me. Inmate: I'm not. There's an alley near the court room. That's where he is! He's crazy man, you don't wanna go in there.
@@arkhamcityinmate7621 Maybe is too much to ask but a full cinematic gameplay Arkham City movie would be fantastic 😉 Anyway great job man, hope to see more of your content whatever you decide to do
You never really notice how slow Batman's gliding is in Arkham City until you see it from a different angle.
Speak for yourself, it feels slow to me at all angles.
Same. Mainly because I first played Arkham Knight and then played Asylum and City.
It hit me when I played Arkham Origins.
@@SCF721that damn bridge bro. That damn bridge
Origins or Asylum got the slowest but still great games

Facts
Honestly its a shame that in Arkham Knight he didn't become much of anything
3:43 *"What?!?!"*
This edit is better than any Batman scene in The Flash
The is probably one of the most unique and cool things I’ve seen done with these games. More please!

This reminds me of those old Machinima cinematic Call of Duty videos they used to make. 🔥
It remind of Machinima cinematicss done for Arkham City itself. I think something about the framing and cuts is very reminiscent of it.
Reminds me of the gta ones too
@@slopeboix2589 Those too for me.
So creative. Would love to see more!
Barbara really said "it's just a theory"
*A GAME THEORY*

I'd love the hush storyline to be adapted into live action
ain't that happening for the batman part 2??
@@illsaveuintime I hope so fingers crossed 🤞
We need more arkham city movies

What a masterpiece, buddy. Could you make the same with Deadshot or Riddler side mission ?
Same with Victor Zsasz, Azreal, Bane, & all the other side missions. Maybe the main story too.
This is great but my only criticism is that there were too many close ups during the reveal of hush and not enough medium shots
Maybe the point is to make you feel uneasy, I think it worked pretty well especially when you can only see a part of his face
the directing is beautiful, halved to teach me one day

THE GOAT IS BACK!!!!
You missed the part where he wakes up and mumbles "Wayne" because he heard the name from the radio nearby.

HES BAAAAAAAAAACK
this was fantastic to watch, you put in a ton of work. please keep doing these. side stories need love like this.
This is amazing! Well done with the cinematic angling and recording. I can't imagine the level of patience it took to make this recording!
Great work bro really enjoyed it 😊
You son of a gun you have done it again! Bravo man! Bravo! 👏
We definitely need more of these, Also how do you get the angles for this? Is there a special software?
Shame arkham knight didn't dedicate hush's character into the main story. They could have been so much more creative than just a mere side mission.
He was supposed to have been the main villain but Paul Dini left the studio as head writer.
Never realized how menacing Batman looked when gliding until I saw it from ground level 4:10
This is sick. the way it's shot and the restraint on soundtrack remind me a lot of anime like Ghost in the Shell.
This is a solid take on Arkham City, earned a new sub from me.
This is amazing! Imagine if you were to do one of these for each side mission.

Rating reasons? Like they weren't going to show naked men with with their faces gone. That would be too brutal.
12 minutes? God damn the amount of work!! Awesome video ♥
dude, this is SO well done!!
Chilling
wonderful work! please make more of these
Amazing work, glad to have found your channel, being me back memories , I look forward to see more cinematic movies like this one
Amazing editing!
dude i love your channel so much.
