Thank you!
Thank you Michael great information
Very welcome
Excellent fly tying skills
Thanks 👍
I have fished that stretch many times!
It's a beauty!
randy like these type vids with your "boys" keep'm coming this summer, like to some of your walleye stuff also.
Got a few more videos coming out this year! Thanks for watching!
Good edit!
Thank a bunch!
Michael, the future Uncle Cheech! I have always wished I knew which sections of the hide are good for which flies. The commercial stuff doesn't tell you which part of the elk or deer it is from, and I never think to bring my primo elk stip onto the mountain with me to figure out which parts of the hide to take. It would be awesome to have a video where Michael pointed out where good hair for different flies (stimis, comparaduns, caddis, spinning, etc) is on a typical animal and how to prepare the hides for storage. It would be a nice video series for the February doldrums.
Good idea! Thanks for watching and the comment!
I shot a buck a few years back and my dad tied some caddis. Good action.
Thats awesome!
@@Fresh_Tracks If I remember right elk hair is hollow and does float ever so slightly better.
@@yo2stix@yo2stix That sounds right, but the deer hair works pretty well, too, and I like the way it looks! More of a reason to get an elk this year!
Why do we never see a creel basket on your shoulder? Do you not eat any of your catch? Great vid though.
Michael is not much of a fish eater!
Hey. I knew when I saw your net you were carrying that the fish are way bigger then the ones we catch here.
Why is it some times you play music over everything and then other times no music.
For us folks that are hard of hearing it’s impossible to hear anything in video so we mute it and just watch and hope to learn.
Like your fresh track commentary on hunting issue. You never play music over the top of these or your interviews. Hope this makes sense.
