Welcome to a new repair video. Today we have in our shop a DOLCE GUSTO Circolo machine that has a faulty mechanism and stuck capsule try.

Thanks, bud. I've retrieved my own after moving house(s). One of my cats aka the stupid one knocked mine off the worktop.
The water switch knob has come off and I think the switch needs reseating.

thank you so much for the guide... worked great with my kp510 just a bit different in the end where you have to put the lever in the middle and works just fine. just wanna let people know that if you want to check that everything works without the plastic be carefull becouse it gets really hot in the tank on the side. got a little burn on my finger. anyway it was still a good deal since it was a fix it and keep it situation. thank you adrian.

Do you have a video to repair the part where you put in the capsule ? My machine still heats and puncture the whole in the capsule , but the water runs aside the capsule holder instead of into the cup

I didnt get to remove the front panel like u did. Any tips? I put as much force as i could almost broke the thing apart.

I had the same problem until I rewatched from 6:35 to 8:34. He "pulled" the side pieces a bit to the side. After I did that I was even easier than in his video to remove the front.

My machine is leaking water from the water tank and even more when I put it in the machine, what do I do?

Hi. You need to change the 2 orings . One on the machine in hove and one in the water tank.
