Very cool. More Pinegrow content, please! With Cwicly's sudden and scandalous demise, I'm looking for a new home; and Pinegrow caught my eye recently; so your Pinegrow -> WP content is most timely! Thank you very much, sir! (PS - I'm digging Pinegrow UI's old-school look and feel; has me surmising the developers are dyed-in-the-wool senior devs who've earned their stripes in the trenches. It's kind of refreshing, actually. Cwicly had a slick UI, but I'll take a hard-nosed veteran over a trendy young-buck now after this Cwicly bs.)

Thanks, James. I need to make a few minor edits to the course, so I'm trying to get the first module published Friday and the others released by Monday. And, you are right about the Pinegrow team being veterans. Pinegrow has been around since 2014 and, if I rememer correctly, it was originally an alternative to Dreamweaver. It was only later that they added the WordPress functionality that I've been making content around. Lat year, one of their users partnered with them to make a version of Pinegrow for designing Vue applications, which has also been pretty amazing to watch. They are long due for a facelift, but cosmetics really aren't that high on their priority list.

@@AdamLoweIO Neat! Will you be publishing the course here to your channel? (I'm 43, so superficial UI appearance isn't a deal breaker at my age ... as long as it's organized, makes sense, is easy to work with, and functions, I'll take stability over "modern" [whatever that means] any day of the week. Sadly, as we all know, a tech project's potential for growth and adoption is undeniably affected by its UI's "appearance". Even if it doesn't matter to us old-heads, UI is a part of marketing that attracts the youngins.)

@@JamesJosephFinn Damn kids. Get off my lawn! And yes, I'll be publishing it on this channel. I'll also post an announcement in The Admin Bar and in the Cwicly group.

Seriously! Even with the API limitations it’s pretty sweet.
Of course, now my brain is thinking of all the ways it can be improved. I feel bad for the Pinegrow team when they have to deal with my endless neediness.

I can't get the Live Preview to work. I watched the video and followed the instructions on the documentation page, but I can't see my classes and variables from the Core Framework or AutomaticCSS in Pinegrow. I followed all the steps, and the test live connection was completed successfully.
What am I missing? It's a plugin, not a theme. Could there be a setting on the local site that is preventing this sync?

      Michael,
It might be worth posting in the Pinegrow forums. I can’t think of any reason why it wouldn’t work with a block plugin, but you might need to enqueue the framework’s css differently. Unfortunately, I’m away from my computer all day today so it’s hard to help you when I’m flying blind.

@@AdamLoweIO Thank you.. I already posted there. I've tried so many things that I'm feeling lost. It's probably something simple that I'm missing because I can get the preview of global smart actions like the site title, description, and logo. It's just the CSS framework that isn't syncing.
