    You, your ideas, your dance, and that wisdom you are sharing are so nurturing, natural, original and authentic to me, in the world where art "creating" has mostly became just transforming / reinterpretating what has been said by somebody else already....I don't have words for it. It is pure beauty, touching directly my heart... I want to thank you very much for the oppurtunity to learn from you. My body loves it and I love hearing my body (smiling) again.

    Thank you for sharing the wisdom. Gentle practice, beautiful. I wondered what is happening with our breathe as we scoop? And as well, my knees were hurting. I didn't really understand how to release the pressure on them.

      So sorry I'm just seeing this comment for some reason Aja :/ To answer your question, your breath should remain relaxed and "normal" as ur doing the scoop. Unlike yoga, belly dance movements are not connected to the breath. Keeping breath relaxed is best practice. As for the knees... do ur knees generally hurt? I would suggest bending them less and putting more weight into the heels vs the balls of the feet. Hope you get this message? Does this help? 🙏

    Can you tell us where all this knowledge come from? it looks like some kind of feminine qi gong mixed with belly dance. I was looking for some kind of womb moving meditation and i think i found it!

  • @therearebillionsofgalaxies8946

    Can I do this to increase circulation in my ovaries and uterine lining? I wanna increase my fertility coz I am trying to conceive

    • @adelaidemarcus9246
      @adelaidemarcus9246 Před 4 lety +4

      Hi! Yes, there is a lot conceiving, but these movement will help you bring more energy to the uterus, increase libido and even help align the uterus... and all this can help with fertility.
