I am appalled and disappointed how SFSU handled the whole situation. I guess that's what a bully do, resort to physical to silence people that are not in agreement and having a bunch of idiots rally behind it. Riley Gaines is so well spoken, intelligent, and strong which is what I look up to as a real woman. Also, real men with intelligence, like these guys, also what this world need.

Our country has lost its mind
I am a democratic transgender woman. I want you to know that not everyone in our community is of the same mind.
I don't have a negative opinion on Republican's either. I fell in love with a black Republican and we were married five years ago.
My own community is shocked that I married a Republican. It's amazing.
I agree with your position on Women's sports as well. I was a runner a long time ago. I ran in the men's division as I had not yet come out.
If I could be competitive again I would not run in the women's division. Because I believe in sportsmanship.
Many people in our community have walked away from me because of my views.
I don't even know what is happening in my own community. I no longer recognize it.
When I came out. I only protested one time. It was to raise awareness of a transgender woman who apparently had been killed and the police apparently did no investigation.
The people who have done anything to you. Do not represent us. We have never had an agenda. If someone says that they represent us. They apparently have been self appointed.
This whole thing was handled horribly and they were short sighted in this both sides didn’t think about the consequences. All this has done is create more hate for the lgbtqia+ community which is sad. It’s an absolute cluster fuck now and there’s no going back. Be safe. Oh and you’re not the only trans person I’ve heard say this. Unfortunately I think you’re in the minority.
We can tell the difference between a real trans person and these social contagion gender confused people. Real trans women show respect and realize a woman’s primitive brain is hardwired to be cautious of penis present especially when we are naked and vulnerable. Real trans people believe in the male and female sexes and when we must be separated (bathroom, prison,sport) and respect is enough to not step over the line. We as the public know the difference and have zero problem with trans people living their life socially as their chosen gender- as long as they admit and respect that we ARE different. A biological woman and a trans women are not the same and are not privy to the same things. Women’s rights are not trans women’s rights. Trans need their own rights and deserve them. As long as respect is given to real women then real women will respect trans women socially. The term cis is now offensive. All trans people need to respect that too or I will return the disrespect by mis gendering on purpose. I have only recently realized how offensive cis is and now I staunchly refuse to accept it as a term for biological/real women.

Riley you need to sue SFSU for kidnapping, extortion, and assault. If you hold the university accountable they will hold their students accountable.
I keep seeing the chant that women should just 'refuse' to take on their challenge. Can you imagine what would happen if all athletes - male and female - all around the world just stopped all sports until all institutions created a solution for all that allowed for safe sports and spaces like locker rooms and bathrooms? That'd be amazing!

No one complained about reperations when Japanese Americans and their descendants, native Americans and Jews received reparations but the minute that reparations are brought up for black people, people lose their shi..
I have yet to hear an argument as to why conservatives believe that reparations for everyone else were great but think that those who suffered during Jim Crow, compulsory sterilization of black women, redlinging, etc. shouldn't get reparations and are "looking for handouts" or "don't want to work" or "looking for an advantage."

As a woman, boycotted Maybeline, didnt even know tampax was a brand, North Face, Nike, I dont drink and Bud doesnt sell for sh%# in Aus anyways. Target is also on my sh%# list. Although in Australia, the advertising for most of these brands havent been based around the alphabet mafia, identity politics or activism... for now, thank God.

I think one way to solve this is to create sports that are actually women’s sports, not just women’s versions of male sports.
Come up with sports that focus on grace and elegance,not strength and power.
