We use some carts that have larger totes for larger items and some carts that are the tote themselves for really large items. Excuse me ! maybe i didn't understand that right , but can we reorganise (group by product) the orders so we can have less walking arround ? le's say i have product Y , 2 in order 1 and 3 in order 3 can i group them so i will pick 2 and put them in Bin 1 and then 3 of the same Y product put them in bin 3 ? without going back to the same item later ? so like that in a single sprint i cal collect all the orders especially if i have a linear warehouse
Exactly! You got it. With MIB, you can pick all of that SKU for all the orders in that batch. So if you need 2 for order A and 3 for order B, ShipHero will tell you to pick all 5 and then place 2 in one tote and 3 in the other tote. I love this but how do you do this for larger product items that won’t fit into little tubs ? eg we have a huge range of small and larger products
