Hi ShipHero, i have question for picking process, we know that i have one item located in 2 location with different quantity need to pick. How do you avoid the mistake that, they take all the item in the first location. For example, with product t-shirt i need to pick 7 item, location A: 4 items, location B: 3 items. And then when i come to pick i only pick location A with 5 or 6 item. The other question will be, if i come to location A, the quantity of item is not correct for example in the bin just only have 2 items for T-Shirt. How do you avoid that exception? Do you offer 2-step dropshipping services? For example, when I receive an order on my Shopify store, I would place an order from Amazon or another platform to be sent to your warehouse. I want you to receive the product, repackage it, and ship it to the customer. I don't intend to order large quantities or store inventory in your warehouse; I just need you to handle the receiving, repackaging, and shipping to the customer.

would expect with so many stuff that you all would have gotten either a pallet based or rackbased picking solution where the pickers stay still and pick the items that come in either on pallets with groups of products coming from a magazine and then the pickers pick stuff thats pulled out of the magazine or that you have racks that get picked up and brought to people by robots.

So if I am bringing in from Germany, as long as I follow the 319 rule and bring in 800 or less or it's equivalent in EURO I'm nnot paying duty. But if I bring it into Canada, then into the USA, can I do more than 800 a day? Do they have to be individual packages to each person or can it be to me and then I redistribute?
