Its better if your child/children will.grow in the province since culture there is much more different than in the metropolis. Like in the case of Jessica, he grew up in Bacolod. Bohol is one place i recommend also.
Even in Korea where Jessica lives now, she still cooks Filipino food and buy Filipino delicacies.

I only spent half of my life there, but no money or lifestyle can replaced the inner truer happiness that I've gained there. She's right, when is my happiest? my heart will auto jump and beat with joy, as I pull this inner breath out of my lungs, it's almost like having an out of body experience before I even could speak and scrambling thru the thoughts in my mind on where do I even begin....

There's a lot of them not just Korean but some Taiwanese as well who in the first place came to the Philippines just to learn English but once they enjoy the life there they became involve to a Filipino way of life and some has decided to live permanently with their parents. But the Koreans have the most numbers of kids coming to the Philippines to study English and even finishing college or university. I know for a fact that inside BF Parañaque there's a street full of Koreans restaurants and other Korean businesses that you can barely see an establishment owned by Filipinos. Wow what a beautiful story, look at how this lady spoke very fluent in English something that they can be proud of when they finally settle back home in Korea compared to those who stayed not studying any foreign language.

I have a chinese friend here in HK who once said to me, "you filipinos are so known around the world for being good at everything. You learn very quickly, you can adopt so easily, you work without being told, you modify things, you can fix everything as if nothing is impossible for you. But how come you can't fix your own country?
