  • Ovarian cancer remains an insidious disease that threatens both the survival and quality of life of thousands of women globally. Each day, five Australian women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer, and three will die from the disease.
    In SVI's health Matters webinar, you will hear from leading researcher Associate Professor Elaine Sanij. Elaine details her work discovering new treatment targets and drugs for ovarian cancer, a disease that kills more than 1,000 Australian women each year.
    Guest speaker Anne-Maree shares her lived experience of ovarian cancer, and her thoughts on life beyond diagnosis and treatment.
