Great rendition. If I may ask....how did you go about practicing the passages which has triplet notes in the left hand as 1:33 in the video? This
pattern also occurs in the latter part of the piece. Thanks for the video.
TheJpgr1958 yes - that is definitely the hardest part of this piece - I practiced it hands separate quite a bit. After having both hands separate and confident, I lined up the larger beats. Then basically continued to add on. It’s difficult to explain, writing haha! Go back and forth between each hand then put them together... put just one of the triplets with the right hand... then the other... then together... etc. hope this helps!
This is incredible! Is there a name for the type of cadence or rhythm that is used by the right hand in the chorus? In which the highest note is held while the sixteenth notes in between the “and” and the next beat are played? It has a galloping effect and you played it perfectly.
