In a gas range you have more control on how your meals are prepared. Furthermore, I added a pot-filler above my range, another life changer when you're cooking pasta. Exactly. If you’re going to “go big or go home” on the faucets, mount two copies of the center faucet on the l/r sinks and forego the one in the middle. As is, the, is visually cluttered and distracting. A mistake imo.

I love watching you show so much excitement! 😉 It definitely brings a smile to my face ☺️ I can’t wait to be at this stage of my build! I’m still trying to get approved with HOA. I am so totally adding the double sinks, however, I want each sink to be about 24” wide and only one faucet. My space won’t be as big as yours, you definitely have the space for it! And I would go with leather and brass handles, who cares if they ware off! That’s like the perfect excuse to have them replaced, it’s not like it’s going to cost you a fortune to have them replaced 😌 I love your house and I cannot wait to see the final results! Are the kitchen cabinets five-piece doors, meaning a central panel with four edges? That oven looks beautiful! Also, a Fisher-Paykal dishwasher has two independent drawers for washing dishes and everyone should know about them! They fit into existing 24" wide standard size dishwasher slots. For bathroom, a shower panel with only rain head, handle held and spout is under $200 but means plumbing is solid pipe which inherently have lovgevity. Tile in dining tough...grout gets dirty, tile unforgiving. Bedroom closets collect dust... nice to have slider doors...your bathroom is fantastic with the wood doors. Did you use European white oak floors?

I would go with the wood. Some texture would be a nice contrast to the neutrals. Besides, it’s a wet area and wood holds up better. I can’t imagine the kids drying their hands to open the drawers. The leather will have water marks or stains eventually.!

In your girls open vanity, I would do wood/brass for sure. Leather can become stained, etc. depending on the type of skincare/makeup product your girl may use now and later in her teen years. Ie. Facial serums, facial oils, etc. plus, I think the wood would wear and age nicely.

Everything is gorgeous! Not a fan of wet rooms with toilets in them. They do that in India and other such countries and it's such a hot mess to go to the bathroom after someone just got out of the shower. Unsure how 2 sinks will make washing dishes faster (dishwasher?) but to each their own. I like all the gadgets you have. Super cool!
