Excellent bit of mixing Luke . Nice to see the bit of lime going in. Great to see you doing what a lot of fellas can’t bring themselves to do and that’s resisting the urge to keep adding water . Top class bit of brickwork .

Proper tidy trowel nice clean brickwork good to see the bricks getting properly jointed. hate to see these trowels flicking the joint on previous laid brick then seeing about every other brick with stains on them. Good shift on buddy. 👍🏻👍🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Great video on how to mix properly mate, too many people on here just chuck loads of water in no plasterciser and it comes out either too wet or the water is coming out of the mix like a bucket of wet sand, can’t beat walking away from the mixer for 10 mins and coming back to a lovely gauge of muck

Nice work on the channel. Other mortar mix vids add the sand to the water first then the cement so it has something to bind to, might help keep the mixer cleaner too

Loving the channel pal .I'm an old boy and I remember when plasterciser first appeared here in Wales before that we'd use some lime to make it workable but what used to make me laugh was my grandfather who was born at the turn of last century and he used to call cement this new stuff 😂😂😂
