I would honestly like to see more of your positivity, just seeing how happy you are brings me hope of how things could be better in my life. I live in Virginia and its starting to get cold and rainy... seeing Hawaii, the sun and trees just makes me happy. I might not go to Hawaii but I could go to Florida :) I went there last year in the Fall and it completely changed my mood, It was great! Please keep these videos coming!

I was at the Sunrise Shack last April (UH tour with my son) and saw you and Travis ( and an older guy and younger girl) having a conversation, so I didn't want to bust in to your conversation. However I was tempted. Short of meditation, your videos gave me some good mana when I was recovering from multiple hip surgeries and complications. Thought I would never surf again, but things are working out. So we'll be back to the Shack in April this year. Thanks for what you do.

You are so dope! I want to surf more so bad it is my favorite sport in the world but I moved away from the ocean to Utah a couple years ago and now I can’t surf anymore sadly. Every time I go back tho I hit the grind and surf as much as I can!

Something I do to stay in shape
thanks for making me laugh.. your wake up routine. For me lets start with the basics. 1) don't look at the phone for at least an hour or so. 2) stop using the phone as the alarm clock. 3) pretend it is the weekend in the summer and i get to go play.. 4) throw away the cell phone.. did i mention pretend it was summer..
