In Canada starting 2019 just for talking on a phone while driving a car has been increased to $1000 and three days suspension on first offence and $2000 and 7 day suspension for second offence in the province of Ontario. I think that the dollar amounts apply to using your cell phone on a bicycle as well

I have some mad respect for the guy wearing the ballcap hat. Even when he gets pushed, threatened with firearms or struck he doesn't lose his chill and continues to calmly and respectfully explain to people that they should park their cars properly.

You are right, I have the same opinion as you. I think that the victims should sue them to make them remove the stickers, and if they damage the windshield by removing the stickers, then they should pay for a new windshield. Also, putting a sticker on windshield can cause an accident, because the driver has limited view on the street. In result, these losers are making streets even more dangerous. The only reason why these losers are doing it is that they want to bully others and feel very important. And the fact that they beg for money for their "project", it's ridiculous.
It's true that drivers break traffic regulations, but these bunch of losers break law(damaging other's property, recording others against their will, publishing illegal records without permission). I don't believe these losers haven't ever crossed a street while there was red light or haven't ever parked a car on a sidewalk or on a side of the road when they were about to go on in a minute. And now these losers are pretending to be preachers.

You arent the police. Putting industrial stickers on windshields will only get you sued for damaged property. You don't enforce the law, the police does. If you see this, you should report it to the police instead of taking matters into your own hands. You cannot make them leave but the police can. Your stickers only create a legal problem for yourself.

astroboy979 While I do agree that it's not legal for civilians to put stickers on windshields, I cannot but admire these guys. You see, the Russian police aren't exactly known for reacting to such reports. They should but they rarely do. This is why such movements appeared in the first place. It's very sad when the government fails to enforce laws but this is the sad reality. And besides, Russian people for the most part tend to interpret laws as advice rather than rules and it applies not only to traffic regulations.

More parking spaces isn't the solution, that will just result in more cars on the road and more congestion. Park where you are allowed to park and if that doesn't appeal to you consider other forms of transportation.
My grandmother lives right there! It all happens in front of Moscow's best fish restaurant which is called 'la maree' and its sign can also be seen and read in the video. The yellow wall from another building is actually from a private home which is just amazingly huge especially for Moscow since it's really expensive to build a private home in the inner city and elsewhere nearby! Unfortunately you can't the see the beautiful Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception of the Holy Virgin Mary which is right next to the privat home! Google it!
