A long time ago in a prank show in japan, he moves for water and the narrator says: "Wow Mackenryu its inpredictable cause its so american 😮" Why japanese people asume he dont live there?
@@devilinred3319 Japanese always assume anyone who has a slightly distinctive aspect like an accent or can speak other languages to be a foreigner who doesn't understand the life of Japanese, even if they can speak like a native(which is good in a way since you won't have to be under same social pressure Japanese are in). A friend of mine is a half-Aussie-Japanese who was born and raised in Japan and only spoke Japanese back then. Other than her dark brown hair and blue eyes, she is obviously Japanese. But those features troubled her childhood. She had to wear black contact lenses and dyed her hair black when she was a schooler. She even got a warning letter from a teacher who thought she dyed her hair brown and she couldn't prove it to be a natural by bringing her father to school since her parent was working abroad
At first I thought he was a member of a famous Korean boyband because his face was so familiar, but it turns out he's a Japanese native born in America.
Yes both his parents are Japanese, that makes him Japanese but they decided for him to be Born IN United States, but I guess you could say his career is in Japan so he's also living in Japan.
@@Picasso.theDOGIt's impressive that he is fully fluent in English with an American accent as well as fully fluent in Japanese. I think Japanese Americans usually have poor Japanese, and Japanese people that speak English tend to have very thick accents.
His parents are both Japanese, his dad is actually a legendary Japanese actor. Yes he was born in California and went to school there. I have no idea how much time he spent in US and how much in Japan in his formative year, I have no idea what his citizenship is. But by jus soli, it should have been simple for him to claim American citizenship, problem is Japan does not allow dual nationality. His entire acting career was in Japan up until 2021 when he decided to suspend all activities in Japan and focused on overseas (i.e. Hollywood).
Boy was like "let's get one thing straight I LIVE here"😂
LMFAO

I loved the actors and the movie, and I don't care about what others can think🥰 thank you for the video by the way
😂😂😂 The presenter, completely disassembled, was very attracted to ARATA. I don't blame anyone who wouldn't be in front of him!! 😊😊😊
Gracias por compartir
진짜 잘생겼다
Where u watch the full version? Thank youuu
I'm kinda confused, so he is a Japanese by blood but an American citizen, yet he lives in Japan? Did I get that right?? :))

@@uhhidk8253because his parents talk with japanese at home. So he can fluent both since his father is strict to him and his brother.

@@uhhidk8253he IS japanese so he's fluent bc he make a living there. he IS fluent in English bc he was born and raised til 15. Not rocket science.
Yes, he somehow look like BTS Jungkook... 😂 both same age and height too...
Nope, they aren't the same age. Jungkook is 97 liner whereas, Mackenyu is 96 liner
yeah meckenyu and jungkook look like brothers
They have resemblance but I feel like Mackenyu is more attractive and hotter though.
nahhh...who Jungkok BTS??? This man more better than Korean gay boyband
They share some resemblance but Mackenyu has very strong features and looks very naturally beautiful. In my opinion, JK look like he had work done.
