This lady should've had some questions beforehand. She's just sitting there awkward most of the time after like 3 questions that she seemed to actually have ready.
Why not cut her some slack? After all she's quite young, it was a brief interview, and she seemed sincere and enthusiastic... Why be so judgmental? I suspect that most of the commenters probably already knew the answers to most (if not all) of the questions they would've liked her to ask...
