That cooler attachment was around since Socket 462 "Socket A" (Athlon, Athlon XP), Socket 754 (Athlon 64 Single Channel) and Socket 939 (Athlon 64 Dual Channel and first gen Athlon X2). It's been around since forever.

I built a system for my daughter using the similar ASROCK A520M-HDV, AMD RYZEN 5 5500, TEAM Creator 32GB DDR4-3600, 1TB TEAM NVME, a MSI MAG 550 watt PSU, and a Cooler Master 300L case. I already had 3x nearly new 120mm Blue LED fans, a dual fan power header splitter, a 1TB WD Blue SATA SSD, and a ASUS ROG STRIX Radeon RX570 4GB.

Hi, Tell me, please, how does the motherboard feel? I’m about to build the similar system using the same motherboard and the same CPU as well. Some say that a 6-core CPU like this one is too much for this motherboard because it may very well lead to the overheating of the processor power circuit. Did you notice any problems in the work of your motherboard or CPU or are there none of them?

Hi Tom, I'm going to be building a Budget PC to a degree!
And my question is, What "Motherboard" do I Buy for my below optioned specs?
I'm going to be buying Ryzen 5 5600x also buying DDR4 Ram x2 8GB 3200MHz, ( I'm still wanting to be using my 600W PSU & my GTX 1060 6GB GPU + my 500GB SSD ), I have for the Windows 11 Installation.
But saying that I'm going to be maxed out just leaving me enough for a MATX Case, I think!
So yes its a "Budget Build", (After all the above Maybe £60.00 / £80.00 left ), Gulp my first ever, so I can't afford to make a mistake, so this is why I've come to you my friend.
It's going to be a struggle for me because of my limited fiancial savings because of a substantial disability, but that won't hold me back, I will do it.
Please can you helpfully advise me, thank you.
