"Looks like we're eating that ship!" The claws on those ships not only make you immune to frontal ramming damage, but every second that you're on the enemy with your jaws, they do 50 damage per second. You literally were eating that ship!
Yep it’s why setting preferred engagement distance to zero is good for nids with claws, so the nid tries to stay attached to the enemy

Light cruisers and escorts only. Choose whatever faction you like.

Great Battle Man! Can you play the Tau next? They seem to be one of the weaker factions in the game and I'd like to see a good strategy for them
Tau are actually fairly strong. They are not like Tier 1, but pretty good nonetheless.
@@IIIJG52 Is there any strategy you like to use with the tau? I am really new to the game and so far almost all tau games have been losses(except a few in party's channel). But I'm interested in their mechanism....
@@chhyachhrasuwar Have a look at PEs streams, Ive been on there a few times in 2v2s with 4 Protectors and 4 or 5 castellans.
You have tons of squads, so spotting with them is often easy against most factions. Keep the turrets busy with the squads, and then use your homing torps to absolutely Blap some ship.

I like to see a Tau missile fleet just as much missiles as possible

Enjoyable match. Up close and personal matches can be a lot of fun to watch. Would like to request Orks using mega roks.

What is the worst possible combination of faction and tactics? Eldar (non-Dark) going all in on ramming?
Only thing I would suggest about the Nids is that the thing you do of the shift-attack where you're constantly keeping your ships at a bit of distance and an angle might not be the best thing to do with the Nids. They're a faction that benefits from really getting right up in the face of the enemy.
I think you played this one really well tactically. Stuck to the plan for once.
Party Elite winning because of being sick? Must of gotten blessed (infected) by Papa Nurgle after all that Chaosbane he's been playing.
It's the only thing that makes any sense!

i wanna see some themed 2v2s. One as Imperial Navy which supports the astartes, or Navy getting support from AdMech or some other loyalist 2v2s

Choose any faction you want, but I would love to see a squadron heavy fleet. (no idea how viable it is in current meta)

Can you do a slightly extended intro and explain how you build a fleet?
As a noob i tend always to get the biggest ships possible...but you often use smaller sized ones.
The idea is they can stack fire damage from their broadsides and ram. There isn't much else too it as far as i can tell. Play style is the interesting bit, patiently re-stealthing and removing the majority of escort ships before going after capital ships.
The opponent got impatient and split their main fleet, but I think he had the advantage by that point regardless.
Nice game, been seeing alot of dubble custodians latley, not sure how that holds up against the standard carrier line.

Please do a dark eldar ramming build or impaler build. Like something really aggressive and unorthodox

can you win a game with only a fleet of escort ships ?
Unfortunately the number of escort ships depends on the number of line ships. Usually for one normal ship you can bring 3 escorts.
@@ballbatboy so we cant bring only escort ship ?, hmmm :(
@@arilagi yea, i d have liked to try some meme builds from time to time with a microwarpjumping BB evading everything untill all escorts were vanquished.
