I think Chip is better than most people give him credit for he doesn't has an incredible voice but it has that baritone sound that fits the song far from as disastrous as people make it out to be. If not Donny better him than a random dude Unfortunately Donny has been problematic over the years.
I love this guitar player. Have never seen him play in person, but follow him on the socials and seems cool as hell too.
