Billy O.Y. Li is a Hong Kong-qualified barrister with a broad civil and criminal practice, who has recently passed the SQE assessments.
He also completed an LLM degree at Queen Mary University of London (distinction), with a particular emphasis on economic crimes, tax law, and the liability of artificial intelligence.
