Newsflash friend! You don't have to do every single business strategy that you see other people doing. In fact, there are a ton of strategies that I see people doing that are popular, flashy and trendy - that I just choose not to do.
And there are some business strategies, that I have done in the past but have moved away from. And so in today's episode, what I want to do as always is bring you behind the curtain, show you some decision-making that I've done in my strategies for growing my business, show you the strategies that I've stopped doing or don't do at all - in hopes that it might give you a little bit of freedom to make some decisions for yourself.
You get to decide what strategies make sense for you and your goals, and even the way you want to show up in your business. I want to give you a little bit of that insight today, because it's not just what you see people doing - it's WHY they are doing it or not doing it. That is the really insightful part for all of us. And I want to share that insight with you today, from my vantage point as a seven figure business owner.

This video makes me think of that awesome Matsuo Basho quote. Sometimes we get so hung up on doing exactly what someone else does, instead of looking at the underlying principles.
One of the most useful videos... I switched from email to direct sales links on CZcams and has hurt my business and don't have leads to sell new products... Switching back to old strategy rather than focusing on quick cash. Thanks Graham!
These were GOLD! I especially loved your advice to not worry about social media or doing live webinars. My skill is in writing; so, developing automated courses and writing books is how I really want to grow my business. I also love the strategy of keeping the free stuff public and selling privately.

Hey Graham some just told me about your channel and you, and you have great content in here! Congrats! But I just wanted you to know that you are recording with interpolated footage and then converting it to progressive and that's why you are getting those lines in your videos.

Hi Graham! I think you can probably consider me a super fan 😂. My husband as well, as we have both binged a bunch of your videos over the past couple months, including nearly all the podcast episodes. I’d love to see a video from you really diving into building authority with a new, growing audience. I was previously a fashion blogger but I’m trying to build a digital product business and it’s been a bit tougher than I imagined trying to get my existing audience interested in all the business things I’m passionate about. I feel like I need to start essentially from scratch. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks Graham! I wish I would have seen this video about a year or two ago. However -- it's quite likely that the message would not have been the same as now, after having played "follow the leader" in so many directions that did not take me to where I wanted to be.

Why don’t you charge more for your AIA course?
Surely you’d make a lot more with a high ticket price point?
Maybe I’m wrong but people who want to sell courses generally have a skill and therefore probably make money already.

He once did but found out that he converted higher and actually made more money by lowering the price significantly. He’s mostly targeting beginners so that makes sense.
