Thanks for the info. Been trying to pay with my GTB card, standard chartered and even stanbic ibtc but none worked. I even tried chipper virtual naira card and error too. They charged 51 naira but main charge didn't go through.

If you're on the mobile plan, 49k
Fixed plan that came with the device is 38k
If you're having issues paying, login to your account and write a ticket to Starlink support

please is it possible to pause the starlink subscription? i recently purchased a starlink late last year, I've not even set it up but already i have 76k billing overdue due to the fact that starlink will start charging the monthly bill 30days after purchase, regardless of whether or not the device has been unboxed. So I'm hoping to pause the subscription so the monthly billings don't further accumulate. Is that in any way possible?
You cannot pause on the standard plan that came with your Starlink. Only on the mobile plan (don't downgrade to mobile plan)
Talk to Starlink support instead and explain the situation. Ask them if they can pause it
Or maybe unbox and start using it?

The 51 naira debit will be reversed. Happens when I'm renewing. I'm not sure why your card isn't working, please make sure the name on the card is the same as the one you're inputting and there is an insufficient amount on the card.
