This past weekend I played Maher Fifth Symphony, and struggled so hard with the racing eighth note passages. Sure I could play them slowly. Sure, I mixed up, the rhythms as I practiced and did everything I could think of. But when you mention not pressing hard on the strings and using the bow for that, instead, it made a huge difference in my playing. Thank you. Keep making these videos!

This is great, thanks. Can you also give tips on playing fast from one string to another? I know string changes can be minimized by different fingerings, but some cannot be avoided. That is where I really struggle.
Could you please enable the option to add subtitles with translation to other languages? I would like to add subtitles with polish translation. Your advice seems to me so important, so I would not want the language barrier to obscure its reception.
