    It may be true, but it was different in our house. Mom passed away quite early, and dad would ALWAYS allow the girls to go out and relax - meanwhile he has eagle eyes on the boys. He said I trust my good girls (and we never let him down) and he said he has to be careful of the company the boys keep. ☺️ We all turned out well 😀

      Parents know whom to trust and whom not to, and they are mostly right.

    Must be tough. Never had this moment with my parent. I could go anywhere as long as its not a dangerous place. They do ask the questions before i go and after i arrived. Result: i never have to lie and they dont worry about me sneaking out. Its a good deal for me and them. Also because of this it became a habit of mine to tell someone where i go, in case of emergency they know where to find me.😊

Boys are mostly go outside at night when they have something necessary work to do. And majority of boys does not have freedom to go outside at night either. it's just another victim play if womens. According to stats males are actually majority of victim even in countries where girls live seperate from parents and go outside. The reality is that parents does not allow both at outside after dark. Like which parent will alow there kid to roam outside at night. It's just victimhood thinking.

My comment was based on my surrounding in my house my brother is allowed to stay outside at night or at least he doesn't have to ask for permission before leaving the house, he just informs my parents that he's going outside. Where I have to beg for their permission and the scenario is quite same at my friend's, relatives and neighbor's house.

We stay outside at day and then came late. And it happens to my cousin too as he get constant calls the situation at little different for him. His parents alow him to go outside after some mellow drama but call constantly. For sure people care more about girls then boys. That's why when there is emergency it's boys who pushed out at night too. And it depends where the boy wants to go.

      Actually not completely. Sometimes the boy is delinquent, so they fear him. Most of the time it is his responsibility to be safe and if he does anything he will get punished by society and law anyways. For women not so.
      You see for women, parents have to take responsibility, but for men the man has to take responsibility.

    I personally don't think boys should get special treatment over girls in the home environment.
    It'll feel like favoritism towards the other siblings in the home.
    It can also create resistance later on from the others , and that resistance could turn into a rebellion ,or years of the silent treatment.

      You see the thing is this is true when they are kids not when puberty hits gender based differences come into reality.
      If you show the responsibility for the authority you are taking, it won't create problems. That as a parent is your responsibility. But sure, raising your way is not bad too. Just don't allow any child to go out to bad environment.

    No in my house my mom don't ask me much whenever i wanted to go outside..... Because in a 2/3 months i go somewhere,, believe me my mom tell me " beta kahi ghum fir k aaa " 😂😂😂 ....
    But my mom when my brother ask her answer no 😂😂😂 ushka daily ka hai aur lafra bhi daily ka hai...😂
