Shro, Zghni, Tsebhi Derho, Tsebhi Sga, Qlwa, Hlbet, Chegora, Tsebhi Duba, Dulet, Alecha, Hamli, Tsebhi Asa, Tmtmo etc....these are all Eritrean dishes. Ethiopians copied tsebhi derho, and completely destroyed shro, tmtmo, dulet and alicha. Traditional ethiopian dishes are Tbs, Gored Gored, Kitfo and Qurt. Even berbere isn't their, they own mitmita. BTW: What you made is actually Tsebhi and not Zighni. You don't even know the difference between the two.
