The chief of the fire department died of cancer they did a last call and that shot us hard to listen to man my dad was one of best friend the man had a mud truck the guys fired it up at the end of the funeral my dad felt the wind coming off I think the headers my dad burst out in tears
a great little detail adding the Pass Alarm sound effect, brings an extra flare of realism to the whole thing.
are those a real thing if so how do they work?

This one got me really hard in the feels. Huxley has been through hell to save others. You could tell this hit the battalion chief because of that hesitation to say she was gone. Which also made me cry😭

i have unwavering respect for all services i had a poppa who was a firefighter and he passed in 2010 so it hits hard for me so RESPECT to all services police, fire, medics, military, the first responders, the tow service and all services that join with them one last time RESPECT.
Another really awesome video even if it did make me cry ...... for you . But Who knows ...... maybe he could use the T.A.R.D.I.S. and find that Julia had a long lost sister or a cousin that comes to take up her mission to fight the beast and save people . Stay safe stay well and give Diva some attention

What makes this more emotional to this is my grandmother passed away on Sunday of a heart attack
I am sorry to here that. My father was close once in a fire and was in the hospital for a few months

damn Rachael.....way to make a grown ass man tear up at the end there.......My neighbor (and friend) gave his life in a building fire. Leaving behind a wife and three boys. Heros they are. But did not expect feeling these emotions watching a RP game. You certainlly do your craft well and thouroughly , all I can say , is the next video better be some fun shenanigans! you be well and peace

This one hit me close to home.... I am a recently retired Firefighter for a volunteer department i have lost a lot of good friends to do injuries in a fire and after 33 years I made my final 10-42. Great story keep up the great work you do much love.... Also I have closed a chapter in my life and I also killed off my medic on a RP server after doing it for 7 years... I might be old but i love gaming and enjoyed RP

Damn it's hard for be because I was a firefighter in the AIr Force. It's really surreal to see other people not make it and you walk away from the job perfectly fine. You take the same oath, get the same training but for some reason they don't make it. Makes me greatful for my life but makes me wonder why them and not me. Life is a very strange thing.

Fellow Airman here, work right near the fire station on base, great guys. Thank you for your service brother and for keeping all of us airman stuck in the dorms with a bunch people who can’t cook without lighting something on fire safe. Already had two fires this month.
I'm a British fire fighter and my son and daughter past together while I was on another call so I know we're your coming from your amazing person and I can tell that by that comment keep doing what your doing stay safe everyone

I cried. This shows that firefighting isn't always a clean sweep. There is always a chance for something to go horribly wrong. My dad is a paramedic and I pray daily that he is safe. I have friends in the FD and I pray that they are safe. R. I. P. Firefighter Julia Huxley. You will be missed.
I didn't mean to upset you Nyx, but I wanted to tell her whole story... and this simply was her end. It is dangerous, but they do it because its right... and safely... thankfully incidents like this are rare.

omg I know I'm quite late to watching this video but this really tugged at my heart strings throughout the entire video, the point where Julia's dad was being told and his reaction made me cry I'm going to be honest this is the only Gta5 video which has made me cry. I'm looking through the comment and wow this video has hit quite a lot of people
Great role play i have always hated when I have lost favorite characters. Not fun but you did a great job! Should add have been known to buy new dice after this, I have an impressive collection, lol

As a volunteer firefighter myself this hits very hard. Even tho this is only role play it still brought tears. We bravely go in even knowing the full risk.
You guys are heros... we're just actors telling a fraction of the story.
@@Firekitten_official plz read my other comment. I cannot think of any other way to honor such a long lasting character that even tho is a rp character still died a hero's death and deserves a proper ending. Much love and admiration for those that love and support us.

I know it's just game but this had me in tears😥😥
Watching the end of the video popped 2 thoughts into my head. First thought is a facebook post. The Jist of it is, a patient begs a doctor not to let them die, but they end up dying. When telling the family, the Doctor is reminded- You fought death tooth and nail, for every last moment you could get them. You didn't let them die. You made Death work for it.
Second thought is when you talked about Huxley being a character from the DOJ days. Maybe this is a sign. While you loved the character, it was time to let her go, and create something (Or in this case someONE) new. Somber endings are the kindling for new beginnings. Light the fire of a new character's story. Let her be the Phoenix that brings the passion of Huxley into a new life.

I even had a volunteer firefighter as my chemical teacher at high school (, before I congratulated there and followed the next route towards internship and all).. He sometimes got called out of the class apparently, whilst I didn't have to follow chemistry that day. It sure is a dangerous job to fight fire 😟
I cried and kept crying from the moment she got pronounced 'dead' and got a cover over her body😢 And that story from her father might be something for a following tragedy😟😞 Lost his wife, lost his only daughter, *loses his life*..?

Also have you ever thought about adding work lights to the Ambulance's and fire trucks? kind of like mini spot lights on all sides of the vehicle towards the roof, to light up an area
I won't ever hold a rank position in FD due to not being fire CoC... but a rookie for one side perhaps... EMS or Fire... and maybe a transfer for the other side. Most of the rigs have work lights, but you need to go to settings to turn them on, which is more pain than worth at times. But for nighttime they do work..
@@Firekitten_official oh that's cool, I've never noticed if the rigs had work lights on them. the ones here in Aus look like little black boxes on the sides of the rigs.
