The office stuttered and stumbled over her words a few times she must be drunk as well
That cop should have got an F. She muted her body worn camera, put hand infront of camera and fumbled explanation on the field sobriety tests. I reckon defence lawyers have a pretty good chance of winning.
Definitely shows why nobody should do field sobriety tests, they're arresting you if they mention alcohol no matter what

See, this is the quiet part no one's saying out loud... Prosecutors will go after such cases in many jurisdictions if the officer can say enough about intangible, immeasurable shit like odor of alcohol, too
First time I am blessed with a solo video with my spirit animal Kelly - as always, love the commentary and insights - great job! Always thought you had a more prosecutorial mindset on many of the things you say.
Advice Side Note -Since I love the channel and want to see you all blow up with attention, I think you all should focus on doing more "Lawyer React" videos on all types of popular incidents / interactions/ topics, instead of leading with only the "DUI Lawyer" approach (though I understand that's the day job lol), as it will do wonders for viewership. Also doing shorts on interesting / viral legal interactions where you give a brief 'right/wrong' or 'guilty/not guilty' answer along with brief legal reasoning is also very popular.
She's my spirit animal too! Her defensive energy is just electric. sometimes I think about riding up to Chicago just seeing if I can pick up a ticket just so I can hire Kelly lol.
If the cop was inexperienced, shouldn't the other cop have intervened occasionally to correct her on the horrible instructions she was giving? This job isn't like training someone how to run the fryers at McDonald's. It can and does have life affecting consequences. Cop gets an F. Glorilla still gets a C though, lol.

As someone who did Marching Band for ten years, we have to stand at attention without swaying for minutes on end. The first competition I went to, my high school band director coached us on not locking our knees when standing at attention. This is with both feet on the ground, but also applies to standing with one leg in the air. But if you've never did marching band or military parade style marching (like color guard), you wouldn't know this.
Of course, my years in marching band might kick in during the "walk the line" part of the test and I could accidentally show markers of impairment by resorting to marching. (Sigh!)

I give the officer a D. She lied and said Glo admitted to drinking. Even though she avoided giving a yes or no answer, she NEVER admitted to drinking at all. She also gave false information on the field test telling Glo that she had to stand on her right foot. She could have chosen any one she wanted. And the fact the officer intentionally cut her sound off. It's obvious it was intentional because I watched the entire footage and the sound gets turned back on when she comes to tell her she is arrested. You can literally hear the beep from when the officer pushes the button to turn the sound back on. All of this to ne indicates the officer was going to arrest her the moment she walked up to the car no matter what.

You’ve done a couple sovereign citizen videos, but what would be interesting is your opinion on the legal knowledge of the CZcams channels Team Skeptic, Truth Science, and Shane’s Dumb Criminals. The hosts seem ignorant of legal principles and only support police and judges because of their position of authority.

I thought a C grade was very generous for this officer. A D would still be generous. Either she is very, very, _very_ fresh on the job or she is in the wrong line of work. She came across as disorganized and uncertain, and the instructions she gave were confusing and sometimes wrong (suspect told to look at her feet while the cop is explaining the walk-and-turn? what the bleep?)
Philando Castile told the officer he had a gun right away and look where it got him. That might be bad advice.

Queen Kelly can you tell me why they say the legal limit is 0.08 and then you get arrested if your 0.08 if the legal limit is 0.08 then you should be okay

I understand the whole reason is dui BUT what about the fact the cop left the other passenger in the car with 2 weapons and marijuana. I've never heard of that in my life

One (additional) problem with the one-leg stand is that there isnt a set length; she could keep you standing for twenty minutes until you wobble. Eventually, everyone is going to fall over.
lady officer lady is horrible not even sure how she became officer horrible explanations covering her video cam plus lawyer covering the lady being filmed made it hard to see thru pip screen just like apple watch heck if it been me i'd asked male officer do the tests cause the lady officer is horrible at explaining

I've done a field sobriety test, refused the breath test, and just said, "Take me to jail if you have to, but I don't trust those things," and they actually let me go.
Maybe because it was a rural area (like a small town) and the deputy had a cruch on me, not really sure. But 100% that will NEVER happen to me again. I was just the luckiest duck
