- Rajesh a pavement dweller is among millions of India's NON-Covid poor patients who suddenly find themselves running pillar to post to get medical treatment. This is because many government hospitals have been converted into COVID-only medical facilities. 1300 die from TB every day, 1300 die daily from cancer.
